How It Works

  1. Step 1: Tell Us What You're Looking For

    Complete a short Tesla Search Request so we can learn more about your ideal vehicle, budget, financing plans, and timeline.

    This helps us quickly see what options may be available and whether the current market is likely to match what you are looking for.

  2. Step 2: Schedule a Free 10-Minute Fit Call

    After you submit your search request, you can schedule a free 10-minute call with Autumn, your Tesla Concierge at IQautos.

    On the call, Autumn will review your request, answer your questions, talk through current Tesla market conditions, and help you decide whether the Shop EV Auction buying service is the right next step.

  3. Step 3: Explore Financing or Payment Options

    Before we begin a dedicated auction search, we will help you think through the best way to purchase your Tesla so you are ready if the right one becomes available.

    You can get pre-approved through one of our lending partners, including Capital One, use your own bank or credit union, or purchase with cash.

    Having financing or funds lined up first allows us to move quickly when the right Tesla appears.

  4. Step 4: Reserve Your Concierge Search

    If the Shop EV Auction buying service feels like the right fit, a $299 Concierge Fee starts your personalized Tesla search.

    This fee is fully credited toward the purchase of any vehicle through IQautos, whether you buy through the concierge process or choose a Tesla from our current or incoming inventory.

  5. Step 5: Review Dealer-Only Tesla Options

    We search upcoming off-lease Tesla auction inventory and send you a curated list of vehicles that match your criteria.

    We help you compare options, review history, evaluate pricing, and decide which vehicles are worth pursuing.

    When you find a Tesla you like, we use our auction expertise and recent auction sales data to help you choose a realistic price that should win the auction. We bid on your behalf up to that amount. Winning results will be shared with you.

    Everything is transparent. You see our acquisition cost and pay a simple 6% concierge commission.

  6. Step 6: Purchase and Delivery

    Once we secure the right Tesla, IQautos helps with the purchase process, paperwork, financing support, trade-in assistance, and delivery options.

    Pickup directly from the auction, IQautos, or home delivery. We help you choose what is the best fit for you.
